townhomes since 1976 under an Unlimited NC
General Contractors license with Jack Kramer
as the licensed contractor. Jack is carrying
on the family tradition started by his
father Bob Kramer who started Pinehurst Area
Realty in 1973. |

| Jack has a reputation for good ideas, good
communication and is very hands on with the
customer. Jack learned the trade as a
carpenter in the mid 70's before becoming
an assistant superintendent and
eventually in 1984 becoming the general
contractor for Pinehurst Area Realty(PAR).
Jack is keeping the family tradition alive
with his son Ryan who is following in his
father's footsteps as Jack's job
superintendent. |
